Terms governing access to and use of the WEDJAT agency operating system and social intelligence platform.

Effective date: October 20, 2026 · Last updated: October 22, 2026

1. Agreement to these Terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of WEDJAT. By creating an account, accessing a workspace or using WEDJAT, you agree to these Terms. If you are using WEDJAT on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.

2. The WEDJAT service

WEDJAT provides tools for agency and client operations, including workspace management, client management, team assignments, tasks, calendars, content planning, approvals, files and assets, briefs, manual KPIs, analytics, connected-platform data and other related features.

Features may change, improve, be added or be discontinued over time. Some features depend on third-party platform APIs and may be limited by external permissions, availability or policy changes.

3. Accounts and workspace access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for activity performed through your account. You must provide accurate information and use WEDJAT only through accounts you are authorized to access.

Workspace owners and administrators are responsible for managing member access, roles, client assignments and permissions. Do not add team members, client information, files or third-party accounts unless you are authorized to do so.

4. Brand and agency account types

A Brand Owner account is intended for the owner's business, its data and its team. An Agency Owner account can organize the agency's own brand and multiple client profiles. Adding a client profile does not confer ownership of the client's external accounts. Where supported, the client must accept a verified ownership invitation and authorize access to their own connected services.

Agency personnel may handle operational work and analytics under appropriate workspace permissions. Client owners may disconnect supported platform connections, and requests to erase historical data or change an agency relationship can be made through published support and data deletion procedures. Existing accounts created before this account-type system may retain their existing workspace behavior for service continuity.

5. Connected third-party platforms

WEDJAT may allow you to connect third-party services such as social media, analytics and website platforms. You are responsible for ensuring that you have authority to connect those accounts and authorize the requested permissions.

Your use of third-party platforms remains subject to their own terms, policies and API rules. WEDJAT is not responsible for outages, API changes, permission changes, data delays or restrictions imposed by third-party providers.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use WEDJAT to:

7. Your content and data

You retain your rights in the content, data and files you submit to WEDJAT. You grant WEDJAT the limited rights necessary to host, process, display, transmit and otherwise handle that content solely to provide, maintain and improve the service and fulfill your requests.

You are responsible for ensuring that content and data you submit may lawfully be processed through WEDJAT.

8. Analytics and connected data

Metrics and analytics shown in WEDJAT may originate from third-party APIs, manual inputs or calculations based on available data. Different platforms define metrics differently, and data may be delayed, incomplete or unavailable. WEDJAT should not be treated as the sole source for legally required, financial or audit-grade reporting unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

9. Fees and paid plans

WEDJAT may introduce paid plans, subscriptions or usage limits. If you purchase a paid service, pricing, billing cycle, cancellation rules and applicable taxes will be presented at or before purchase. Until a paid feature is enabled, no payment obligation is created merely by having a WEDJAT account.

10. Intellectual property

WEDJAT, including its software, design, branding, product structure and related materials, is owned by WEDJAT or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you ownership of WEDJAT intellectual property.

11. Availability and changes

We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Maintenance, platform outages, security events, infrastructure issues and third-party API changes may affect availability or specific features.

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, users or third parties; investigate suspected misuse; comply with law; or enforce these Terms. You may stop using WEDJAT at any time and may request account or data deletion where applicable.

13. Disclaimer

WEDJAT is provided on an "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee specific business, marketing, social media, revenue or performance outcomes from use of the service.

14. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WEDJAT will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the service, third-party platform failures, unauthorized use caused by user credential compromise, or decisions made solely from analytics displayed in the service.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the product, legal requirements or business model changes. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date.
